Rick's Pork Chops in Gravy

"This easy to start after work. Cooking time is an hour. I usually cook some rice to go with this. Egg noodles would go well also. Make extra for lunch the next day."

 1. WOW! this was good! I didn't have any cream of mushroom soup so I found a recipe here at zaar (recipe#44746) to use. It turned out great and made this recipe very, very delicious, we thought. I only used one can of beef gravy since the soup I made was more than 10oz. I let this recipe simmer one and half hours. I served cream potatoes and green beans and garlic toast. Made for a delicious Sunday dinner. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe. I know we will have this again.

I started cooking when I was about 12 years old. I was a fan of Graham Kerr's Galloping Gourmet and my mother helped me buy the ingredients and cook Steak Diane after I saw it on his show.

I can't cook for the family every night, but I try try to have one or two nights a week when I can fix them a home meal. Sunday is the day when my wife, 3 kids, 1 daughter-in-law, and 2 grand daughters get together to have a big dinner.

My picture is me holding my babies. Being a grandfather is really great. They call me Papa by the way.
