  • Beat eggs with sugar. Melt butter and add it with all the other ingredients.
  • Finally add yeast sifted. (sometimes instead of chocolate we use raisin put in orang juice 1 hour before.) To frost, grind 45 gr almonds, add 150 sugar and then add 1 egg white until you obtain a cream.
