Ricotta Pancakes

"My grandmother's recipe seems to be slightly different than the rest I've seen. I like how simple it is to make. My family traditionally serves these small pancakes with powdered sugar and homemade jam, though the traditional "syrup and butter" is also very good. I hope you enjoy! We tend to double or triple the recipe for larger gatherings."

  1. These were good. Added a bit of baking powder and served with maple syrup. Added a few blueberries to some. My family enjoyed them. Thanks for posting.

I have always loved to cook. My Gramma used to let me help make everything when I was a little girl, so I've spent a lot of time in the kitchen. I've been diligently collecting tasty recipes so I can build up my own "family favorites" for my new husband. I work full time, so I don't have as much time as I'd like to be in the kitchen, but I get very excited whenever I have an extra afternoon to get messy in the kitchen!
