  • Boil noodles following box directions.
  • Mix ricotta cheese, garlic, and herbs in seperate bowl and set aside.
  • Add baby spinach in the last two minutes of cook time.
  • Drain most of the water leaving small amount, add ricotta mixture.
  • Residual water will thin out ricotta mixture for a creamy sauce with the noodles.
