Directions

  1. Saute onions in oil.
  2. Add garlic, balsamic vinaigrette, mushrooms, salt & pepper. Saute until mushrooms are slightly cooked down.
  3. Add stock, Marsala, and white wine. Simmer and cook down until roughly half. ~1 hours.
  4. Gradually add cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
  5. Cook rigatoni until according to directions. Drain.
  6. Add mushroom mixture to rigatoni.
