  • 4. Cover with damp cloth, and let stand 15 minutes.
  • 5. Roll out again and fold.
  • 6. Cover with damp cloth, let stand 15 minutes.
  • 7. Roll out, Cut out small circles.
  • 8. Roll small circles in sugar with a rolling pin. Roll each circle into a thin oval.
  • 9. Bake for 15 minute until crisp.
