Directions

  1. Soften ice cream and mix together with pudding mix and milk.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Mix with crushed Ritz crackers and press into a 9x11" pan as a crust(just on bottom).
  4. Pour pudding mixture on top of crust.
  5. Spread cool whip on top of that.
  6. Refrigerate.
