  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  3. Place Ritz crackers in the blender and blend until finer than breadcrumbs.
  4. Melt butter completely (I microwave it).
  5. Dip chicken in melted butter.
  6. Coat chicken in Ritz crumbs and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
