Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 12 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 34 cup milk
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 12 cup crushed Ritz cracker (about 12 crackers)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, sour cream, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Stir in the noodles and chicken.
  4. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  5. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
