"I got a bar menu on-board ship during our recent cruise & had the names of some specialty drinks, but no recipes for them. Most were tasted, touted by another (there were 6 of us) or just sounded good to me. So I did the Zaar searches & found most of the recipes at the Carnival Connections site. *Enjoy* !"

- 21.26 g melon liqueur
- 7.08 g vodka
- 7.08 g Bacardi light rum
- 7.08 g Amaretto
- 70.87 g prepared sweet-and-sour mix
- 14.17 g pineapple juice
directions
- Mix all ingredients & pour over ice.

LOVE LOVE this drink! I have all the carnival cocktail recipes out of the book and this is one of my favorites! Its a little sour but not too sour where it hides all the other flavors in this drink. It comes out a pretty light green color. Great flavor, you gotta try it! -

I am an American transplanted from Dallas to Iceland by marriage to a native Icelander & I retired to become his "Kitchen Queen". We love to entertain our family & friends, so I have an eclectic collection of recipes.
