Directions

  1. Take the beef patties and season with steak seasoning salt and Worcestershire. Brown the patties in skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Saute the onions and mushrooms in a separate skillet until onions are caramelized and mushrooms are done.
  3. In a small sauce pan, mix and cook the brown gravy.
  4. Once patties are done browning, place onions and mushrooms on top and then add boiling brown gravy and simmer 10 minute.
