Directions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, ginger juice, salt and pepper at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Wrap roast and green onions in heavy aluminum foil.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 450* and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn heat to 325* and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Note: Prep time does not include marinating time.
