Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 lbs lean cut roast
  • salt and pepper (seasoned salt)
  • 2 garlic cloves, slivered
  • A.1. Original Sauce

Directions

  1. Rub the roast with seasoning.
  2. Insert slivers of garlic on top and douse with A-1 sauce.
  3. Bake at 350 uncovered in shallow roasting pan for 20 minutes per pound for medium rare.
