  1. Excellent recipe! Well worth trying. We also used had sprouts roasting in the pan - the sauce was delicious on those too!

  2. Our opinions were divided on this recipe, but firstly a small note about the orange: my SiL and BiL have just returned from Greece where they signed on the dotted line to own the wee holiday home that they have been holidaying in every year for approx 18 years... and this orange came straight from a tree in their new Greek garden: it was seedless, sweet and juicy. Dh isn't fond of fruit in meals, and LOVED parsnips this way! said he would eat oranges far more often if they were like this! ... I love fruit in meals but found the orange overpowering, so personal taste and preferences are obviously very subjective. Please see my rating system: By myself I would have given this a 3 and DH would have given it a 5 so we have opted for the middle road and you have a great 4 star recipe that DH had already requested that I make again. With oranges aplenty both in the supermarket and from a family greek garden, I definiatly will be making this for him often in the future. Thanks!

  3. We love parsnips and especially love this recipe. The orange with honey and soy is a great combination with the sharp parsnip flavor. The color is gorgeous and compliments the other veggies & meat on the plate. Thanks for posting this lovely recipe PinkCherryBlossom

  4. This was a brilliant addition to Christmas lunch. My father in law doesn't like parsnips and even he complimented me on them. The orange I used was very juicy and the lovely aroma of fresh orange filled the kitchen. An outstanding recipe, which I will definitely use again.
