Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Kielbasa

- 1 lb Brussels sprout, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 -2 cup red onion, cut into wedges
- 8 ounces kielbasa, cut in 1/4 in pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Mix the sprouts, onions and kielbasa in a large bowl with the oil, salt, pepper, and sprinkle of garlic powder.
- Spread a single layer in a roasting pan and roast 20 to 30 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Stir every 10 minutes.

I live in Madison Heights, MI. My husband and I are retired and travel to warmer climates in the winter. I guess we are true "snowbirds" I really enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I am also a "cookbookaholic". I find them very entertaining. Right now I am into baking bread. As far as what I'm famous for I'd have to say it is my apple pie.
