  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • In a large bowl toss cauliflower, onion, soy, olive oil and garlic until evenly mixed.
  • Spread on silpat lined pan.
  • Roast 35 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve and garnish with chive.
