Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 fresh figs, halved lengthwise
  • apricot preserves, to taste
  • cinnamon sugar, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine butter and honey in large glass baking dish. Heat in oven until warm (5-7 mins). Add figs cut side up. Top each with a dab of apricot preserves and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Roast 10 minutes.
  3. Serve a la mode.
