  1. These were so yummy! It took a total of 50 minutes for them to cook.

  2. This as the last of my Big Box bag of fingerling potatoes. Had no fresh sage, but a sprinkle of dried sage did very well. We have become most enamoured of roasted veggies with SOME spices, and enjoyed this with our tilapia fillets. Thanks, Rita.

  3. Oh. My. Goodness! These potatoes are absolutely fabulous. They are a perfect union of tender, crispy fingerlings with crumbled bacon, caramelized onions, garlic bits and just the right amount of sea salt. Every single element of this dish is wonderful. I would not change a thing. Thanks for sharing this heavenly recipe. It's a keeper!

  4. Easy and delicious. Great with a roast. The vendor I get fingerlings from at the farmer's market, was out today, so I just used baby reds, cut in half. Worked great. Loved the fresh sage, and may up the amount next time. This would be a great brunch dish, with the bacon and onions. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.

  5. Great taste and easy to make, but when it was cooking it was dry and stuck to the bottom of the pan. Maybe my bacon wasn't just "fat enough" but there was very little grease to make the potaoes moist and yummy looking like on the photo. I had to add 2 TBsp of olive oil and it made a great difference. Will make it again.
