I saw this recipe on the Life's Ambrosia blog page. I have made this dish twice and my family loves it. I absolutely love using habanero peppers in my meals so I'm always looking for recipes that incorporate them. This meal is definitely not too spicy and it really highlights the sweetness of the habanero. Should be a classic recipe. I serve this with cilantro lime rice and a salad. Love it!
