- 1 lb broccoli floret
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup extra light olive oil
- 1 garlic cloves, pressed or 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic until well combined.
- Pour over broccoli and toss to coat.
- Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

What a delicious side dish! I love how tangy and garlicky the broccoli tastes. The roasting seems to bring out a richness in the flavor of the broccoli that you don't get with other cooking methods.
