  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil.
  • Place potatoes in dish.
  • Sprinkle potatoes with olive oil and seasoning salt.
  • Stir potatoes until covered and in a single layer.
  • Bake @ 400 for 45 min, turning in 15 minute intervels.

  5. Very similar to the recipe I use during the summer on the grill (Recipe #98170). I always miss fixing them in the winter so we were thrilled to find a way to prepare them in the oven so they were just as yummy. Next time I'll try adding some sweet onions to the mix. Yum! I live in Georgia. We have 4 children. 3 girls and a boy who is in heaven with Jesus. Our girls are 8, 18 months and 2 months. I have been cooking for about a year and a half and I LOVE IT!!! It's so fun!! I love trying new things.
