  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds, from fresh pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 -4 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix

Directions

  1. Wash seeds and dry throughly.
  2. Saute seeds in oil unti lightly browned.
  3. (use large frying pan) Transfer seeds to baking pan.
  4. Mix in Salad dressing,until seeds are well coated.
  5. Spread seeds in single layer.
  6. Bake at 325 degree 20-25 minutes, or until crisp.
  7. Stir often.
  8. Store in zip-lock baggies.
  9. Keeps up to 3 weeks.
