Ingredients Nutrition

  • 473.18 ml pumpkin seeds, washed
  • 19.71 ml olive oil (melted butter works as well just more fat)
  • 9.85 ml garlic salt
  • 9.85 ml onion powder
  • 4.92 ml hot sauce (use whatever brand you like, I use Louisiana hot sauce and add as much as you like)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Place the seeds in a bowl and add the olive oil (butter) then the seasonings.
  3. Mix Well.
  4. Spread pumpkin seeds on a single layer on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes depending on your oven. Stir half way through.
