Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 medium pumpkin, cleaned and cut into 4-inchx4-inch sections
  • 14 cup butter
  • 14-12 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray 8"x8" baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange 4 pumpkin section, skin side down, in dish.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place 2 pats butter on each pumpkin section.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar to taste.
  7. Cover dish and place on center rack of oven for one (1) hour.
