  1. Mix mayo, sour cream, cheese and salad dressing until well blended.
  2. Add peppers and 2 T of the onions, mix well and cover.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining 1 T onions.
  5. Serve with chips and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
