  • Combine first 5 ingredients.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cut sides of bagels.
  • Arrange the chopped red bell peppers evenly over bottom halves of bagels and top each with the top halves of the bagels.
  • Cut each sandwich in half.
