Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  2. Shelled and deveined shrimp. Remove tails or leave on, personal choice. Rince shrimp and pat dry. Place shrimp in an oven safe baking dish.
  3. Mix together all the remaining ingredients (except garnish). Pour over shrimp and gently combine.
  4. Place in the middle of the pre-heated oven for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, gently stir and put back in oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer to serving platter. Add lemon wedges (additional parsley).
  6. Great served over rice or pasta.
