Directions

  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  2. Bake potatoes for 45 minutes or until very soft, and then peel.
  3. Can also do this step in the microwave on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, mash potatoes, then blend in remaining ingredients.
  5. To serve, spoon onto serving plates or pipe through a pastry bag.
