Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Potatoes cut into length.
  3. In a medium bowl combines sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and back pepper. Make sure olive coated in sweet potatoes.
  4. In a baking sheet, spread potatoes evenly and bake in oven about 35 minutes. During baking time, make sure you stir potatoes so it can cook though.
  5. Take potatoes out sprinkled cinnamon on the top. Serve warm!
