Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 14 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (Divided 1/2 and 1/2, peanuts are my favorite, almonds are good too)
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Beat together butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Stir in flour and 1/2 cup of chopped nuts.
  2. Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly, place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until lightly browned about 15 minutes.
  3. Met chocolate chips in the microwave or over low heat in a saucepan. When cookies are browned, top each with a dab of melted chocolate and sprinkle with remaining nuts and marshmallows. Bake an additional minute or two to lightly brown marshmallows. Remove to wire racks to cool.
