  • In saucepan, melt chocolate, margarine and Eagle Brand milk.
  • In large bowl combine nuts and marshmallows.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Spread into wax paper lined 13 x 9 inch pan.
  • Chill 2 hours.

  2. This was really easy to make and oh, so good. I do feel that it had a bit too many marshmallows as others have expressed. Next time I'll use less...and there will be a NEXT time!

  5. Very good flavor but way to many marshmallows. I was looking for fudge not a candy bar. I will make it again just with maybe 3 cups of marshmallows next time.

Tweaks

  1. Great Rocky Road!! Easy to make! I used butter instead of margarine and walnuts instead of peanuts. I love the marshmallows and started off with a 16 oz bag - I am sure I used at least 10.5 ounces :-) I just added the marshmallows and walnuts right to the pan I melted the chocolate in and dumped it all into the 9x13. We will make this every year for our Christmas baskets! Thanks for posting. Renee
