Directions

  1. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with whole wafers.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat when well blended.
  3. Add 1 beaten egg and icing sugar.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Add marshmallows - mix until well coated.
  6. Pour over wafers.
  7. Sprinkle with coconut if desired.
  8. Refridgerate for several hours.
  9. Cut into squares.
