  3. strain the liquide in to a pitcher and throw away the rest.
  4. stir in the sugar & lemon juice & continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. put a few fresh petals in the pitcher & fill with ice.
  6. finally pour in the sparkling water.
