- 2 cups canned chick-peas
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
- 2. Refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors blend, but really is great right from the get-go.
