ingredients
- 4 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled or 4 ounces blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, softened
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl untl well combined.
- Spoon atop food just as serving to prevent excessive melting.
