  1. Place the petals at the bottom of the teapot. Boil the water and pour the water into the teapot. Let the tea brew for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste. Strain into a cup and cool to room temperature. Pour over ice in a tall glass and add the carbonated water. Stir the sugar into the tea, if desired, and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
