- 4 lamb chops, shoulder or 4 lamb chops, loin
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- ground black pepper
directions
- Coat chops with rosemary and pepper.
- Preheat the grilling machine for 3-5 minute.
- Close lid and cook for 5 min for med or 7 min for well done.
- Serve immediately.
