  • Pull back husks and remove silk.
  • Mix all ingredients and brush husks with mixture.
  • Wrap husks back up and tie with string.
  • Grill about 15 minutes and turn every few minutes.

  1. I doubled the ingredients for 8 ears and glad I did. I couldn't get it to mix well with a whisk so I used my immersion blender. Other than that this is great and we plan on having this a few more times before the snow flies. Made for PAC, Fall '09.
