Rose's Fruit Punch

"This is a lovely non-alcoholic punch that goes down a treat in hot weather. It is an essential part of our (Australian) Christmas get-togethers, and is often requested for birthdays, etc. Just as well it is non-alcoholic - we'd all be on the floor! (A little tweaking could make it alcoholic, but you have been warned.)"

 1. Delicious! Had this printed for one long time - needing that passion fruit pulp. Finally made it using peaches - so good it has been added to my 'Beverage cookbook', the peaches worked for me, eventually expect to have passion fruit pulp on hand. Used the white sparking grape juice which along with the rest of the ingredients which made for a wonderful Fruit Punch to serve at those backyard get togethers. May do a little of that tweaking for special occasions! Thank you Cathy and be sure to thank Rose for sharing the recipe for this delightfully refreshing Punch with five star taste!

Tweaks

 1. Mixed spice doesn't really exist in the U.S., at least not that I could find. So I substituted a 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. allspice, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, & 1/4 tsp. coriander for the 1 tsp. mixed spice. Turned out great!

Formerly of Durban, South Africa, now living in Australia. My husband and I own an indoor climbing gym and have a really nice lifestyle. 'Work' is often chatting to the climbing addicts who just about live at the gym, but can also be totally hair-raising when the 8 year old boys come along. I love cooking and craft, but will gladly let my husband have free reign in the kitchen because he makes the best curries. I have 2 kids who are both married and now have families of their own (2 girls and a boy respectively), and of course, not to forget our three cats, and a dog. I really love my new home, city and country.

I don't care for negative people who feel sorry for themselves, but apart from that, I don't have any other complaints.
