  • Start the pasta first, when done reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Drain pasta and return to pot, using a little olive oil to keep it from getting sticky. Set pot aside until sauce is done.
  • Heat olive oil in small sauce pot. Saute onion until it starts to turn clear.
  • Add rest of ingredients except pasta. Simmer for 20 minutes so pasta water can thicken the sauce.
  • Serve over pasta. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with lots of parmesan cheese, because it's way too healthy unless you add lots of cheese!
