  1. Start the pasta first, when done reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Drain pasta and return to pot, using a little olive oil to keep it from getting sticky. Set pot aside until sauce is done.
  2. Heat olive oil in small sauce pot. Saute onion until it starts to turn clear.
  3. Add rest of ingredients except pasta. Simmer for 20 minutes so pasta water can thicken the sauce.
  4. Serve over pasta. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with lots of parmesan cheese, because it's way too healthy unless you add lots of cheese!
