Directions

  1. In a small sauce pot, saute onion in olive oil for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add peas with liquid, and dried basil and garlic salt.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stir frequently so peas get a little mashed-up and soupy.
  4. Serve as a side dish, or over pasta.
