  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Add cream cheese.
  • Add ricotta.
  • Fold in grated lemon and orange zest.
  • Spray Pam into 2/ 8 or 9 inch pans.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
