  1. Awesome. I used one can of Rotel Hot and one can of Rotel Cilantro Lime diced tomatoes. Also used the juice of one whole lime. Tossed everything in my Ninja food processor and Viola. It is a keeper for me. Thanks for submitting.

  2. Excellent salsa! I whipped this easy salsa recipe up today to go with some home made pinto beans with ground beef that I plan to serve over some brown rice. I ran out of Rotel and used Hatch brand instead (medium) so no extra jalapenos were needed. I also added cilantro and just before serving, I plan to add some cubed up avocado. This would make a great base for a grilled shrimp cocktail or ceviche-type seafood dish. YUM! : )

  3. I added fresh cilantro, a pinch of cumin and a pinch of sugar and whizzed it up in my Ninja. It's fresh and easy and makes just enough for the 2 of us for 2 meals.

  4. Great idea. Love the mix of fresh and canned tomatoes ( I used cherry tomatoes). I only had a red onion and lemons so I had to substitute. Roads are too bad to go out right now. Still loved the flavor. I also drained the rotel but kept the juice and added some to the mix. Next time I will use limes as per the recipe and cilantro (as suggested by others). Thanks for sharing.

  5. What an easy and delicious salsa! I drained most of the rotel, added the green onions and also about 1/8-1/4 cup diced red onion, some cilantro and a little over 1/2 a large jalapeno minced for added heat. Definately will make this again and again. Thank you for submitting the recipe! Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag game.
