Directions

  1. Bring butter and two sugars to boil in a sauce pan whisking constantly.
  2. Stir in two sliced bananas.
  3. Add rum and liquer. Continue cooking one minute.
  4. Have four goblets or bowls with ice cream ready.
  5. Spoon hot banana mixture on top of ice cream, dividing evenly among four servings.
  6. Top with nuts and whipped cream.
