- 1 (8 ounce) container dannon lite 'n fit strawberry yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 3 tablespoons quick oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Drink.
