Running Recovery Strawberry Smoothie

"I went running for a bit too long this morning, and needed a quick pick-me-up before getting ready for work, and this is what I came up with. It was pretty good. You can skip the oatmeal if you don't like the flavor, I just needed an extra stomach-filler."
