  • 5 cucumbers
  • 23 cup pitted olive
  • 3 red pickled peppers
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mint
  • 13 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • salt

directions

  • Cut peeled cucumbers lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice thin.
  • Sprinkle with mint, chopped olives, sliced peppers and salt.
  • Combine oil and vinegar; Dress salad.
