  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread bread cubes on baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until toasted. Cook completely. Set aside.
  2. Toast pecans in a medium skillet over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Combine pecans, cherries, celery and bread in a large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, honey, water and curry powder in a cup. Stir well. Pour over salad and toss. Serve immediately.
