They taste the best); 1 avocado, chopped; 3 garlic cloves, minced; 1 mango, chopped; 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped; 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped; 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped; 1/4 cup red onion, chopped; 3 tablespoons lime juice; 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can black beans (I use S&W Premium Beans. They taste the best)
1 avocado, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 mango, chopped
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped
¹⁄₄ cup green pepper, chopped
¹⁄₄ cup red pepper, chopped
¹⁄₄ cup red onion, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

directions

Mix avocado, garlic, peppers, mango, onion. Squeeze lime juice over mixture. Gently fold-in S&W Premium Black Beans, and cilantro.
Serve with chips over fish, chicken or beef.
