  • preheat oven to 350*.
  • blend all ingredients in bowl, full thoroughly mixed.,divide batter into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans --
  • Bake 1 hour -- let cool 10 minutes.
  • then remove from pans to cool completley on wire rack.

  1. This bread is excellent! The crust is slightly crunchy and the texture is light. I used a mixture of zucchini and carrots and didn't have any raisins, and it was done baking in 50 minutes. I will be making this again. Thank you for sharing.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
