- 1⁄2 cantaloupe
- 2 -3 cherry tomatoes
- 1⁄4 cup chopped mint (or basil or lemon balm)
- 1 -2 cup plain yogurt
directions
- Blend the cantaloupe and cherry tomatoes in a blender until they're still sort of chunky.
- Add the chopped mint (or basil, or lemon balm) and the plain yogurt and stir until incorporated.
- Freeze mixture in your popsicle mold.
